- Obtained an award in favor of a contractor against the New York City Parks Department in excess of $140,000.00.
- Settled a real estate broker's claim for a $2 Million commission.
- Collected on a judgment in excess of $800,000.00 in favor of a national fast food franchisor.
- Obtained dismissal of a $2 Million claim against a national credit card processor.
- Defeated insurer's claim of no coverage for a personal injury action against a bicycle shop.
- Obtained dismissal of discrimination and wrongful termination action by former employee against a fast food franchisor.
In every case, we attempt to arrange for a quick and cost-effective resolution which benefits our client given the particulars of the matter. If such a resolution cannot be obtained, however, we aggressively proceed through the necessary steps to trial.
