We are committed to diligently assisting the client in achieving her goals in the transaction.

The landlord/tenant arena has us drafting and negotiating both residential and commercial leases as well as representing clients in summary proceedings, including post-foreclosure evictions. Markotsis & Lieberman also assists clients in the management of properties.

Markotsis & Lieberman has assisted clients by drafting various necessary agreements, including boundary line agreements, license agreements, easements and rights-of-way. We have also represented clients in litigation involving quiet title actions, foreclosures, easements, riparian rights, partition actions, constructive mortgages and boundary disputes.
